As a non-union Miniat employee, you will receive a share of our annual profits based on company performance. 
We also offer a 401K. Miniat’s contribution to employees is nearly double the standard industry matching program and it does not require an employee to contribute even one dollar on their own to participate.

All of our employees receive paid time off. Our regular full-time employees are also eligible for holiday pay if asked or required to work during those times.
