Our South Holland facility has evolved through four major expansions since opening in 1995. The 165,000-square-foot flagship location houses our Innovation Center, Culinary Center, R&D Lab, and Pilot Plant— making it the epicenter of our product development and culinary creativity.

Carrollton, GA
Originally built in 1993 and acquired in 2020, our 125,000 square foot Carrollton facility maintains redundant capabilities with our South Holland site. It also offers steam, open smoking, and kettle cooking technologies and is poised for future growth and expansion.
