As a 5th generation family member, Mark continues to uphold the Miniat tradition of personal customer service. He combines this with a deep understanding of a customer’s unique menu needs and operational challenges, in order to support each business’ individual objectives.
In addition, Mark is integral in identifying and developing new product offerings, innovative processes, and markets for Miniat, that create new growth opportunities for both current and prospective customers.
Mark holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Agricultural Business Management from the University of Wisconsin, as well as an MBA from Northwestern University.
