"Meat" Kimberly Nies, Associate Research Chef at Ed Miniat LLC
Kimberly Nies joined the Ed Miniat team as an Associate Research Chef in August 2016.
As an enthusiast of all things food and wine related, Kim's unique background creating recipes in the kitchen of a global food company, testing kitchen equipment for a leading appliance manufacturer, and teaching consumer cooking classes at a grocery store are just a few of the reasons Kim is a great addition to our team.
Before moving to Chicago, she lived in Texas where she studied Culinary Arts at the Art Institute of Dallas and she recently received her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Indiana University.
In her free time Kim enjoys reading, trying new restaurants, and exploring new places with her husband and her dog.
